Live in New England. Lens are rarely clear on 4 cameras. Had them for 3 days and tonight we had unwanted visitors and here is what we got. Is this what to expect?

You have a few issues here.

1) The camera is rotated/positioned so there's a wall reflecting the camera's night vision lighting. That causes the camera's autoexposure to darken the image and can cause flare.

2) The "streaking" can be caused by signal strength/quality between the camera and base/hub or your router. Which do you use? Have you checked the signal strength as well as whether there are any wireless devices nearby?

3) The lens appears to have moisture on the lens. Positioning the camera higher so it's tilted down may or may not help. Some folks have resorted to careful wiping of the lens with a dab of Rain-X or similar to help. High moisture content (such as Zeta moving through) can easily cause this moisture collection.
