Live feed in app won't rotate to full screen

I found another discussion where someone was having problems with this feature, and purportedly it was fixed in v2.19. I have v2.20 and can't figure out how to rotate live feed. (Library videos automatically rotate to full screen.)

Mine still works when touching the double arrow in the upper right corner. It goes to full screen automatically.
