There was a robbery yesterday and for some reason 2 of the 3 cameras' 7 day footage is missing. One camera still contains the 7 day footage. Doesn't all the footage get saved to the cloud? I'd understand that if the cameras or base were damaged during the robbery, but why would all of the footage be missing instead of just the day of when it occurred? Shouldn't it have been to saved to the cloud?

The arlo 3 cameras require a subscription plan to enable recording to the cloud unless still using the trial access. If you purchased the cameras at different times then the trial may have expired on some which might explain the missing recordings.
With regards to camera 3, can you live view the camera and manually record to show in the library? If not the later then likely the case.
Regards access to your missing library recordings, they would not have been sent to the cloud if the trial expired on that camera so unlikely to be recoverable.
Obviously going forward, implementing the USB backup would be advised.

I would agree that something is amiss. For the library to be missing camera cloud storage the cameras would have to have been removed from the account. Do you have other users with granted access?
You may have recordings stored on the USB stick in the base station if implemented.

Yes, it is quite weird. The status of the 3 cameras are:

Camera 1: Offline - Maybe it was disconnected or damaged by the suspect. However, previous recordings should've still be saved to the cloud. Still haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

Camera 2: Working fine - This camera is working fine and has 7 days footage stored. Recordings are still being produced.

Camera 3: Online - The 7 days footage is gone. Furthermore, it is no longer producing recordings.

Yes, another family member has access but I don't think she deleted it? I don't have a USB stick implemented.

I don't have a subscription with Arlo, but if I pay for one now, do you think Arlo will be able to help retrieve the missing footage?
