Hi,
I live in the US, and I am Interested in buying several Arlo floodlight cameras 3.0 to install in my mom’s house in Colombia (South América). Can she has access to all the features available in the monthly plan if she has good wifi access? Do I need to register the cameras in the US? I am planning to buy the cameras and pay the subscription with a US crédit card. Thanks!

Set the system up temporarily in the US and subscribe using a US credit card. Turn the system off and remove batteries from the cameras. Connect the system up in Columbia as if all you did was buy a new house in the US - don't delete any devices so that you would have to onboard them again! Assuming the Internet connection is proper, the system should just start up and work as if in the US.
