Indicator not showing up that there are new recordings but I can find the recordings in the hub

I just added two Pro 3 cameras to my system that I added used.  I get notifications that the sense movement and if I go to the feed and select local I can find the recordings. However it doesn't show the indicator on the cameras in the devices tab like it does for the other two existing cameras.  I'm not sure if this is just a setting or what.  I've contacted support via chat and they have been no help. Not sure if this is just a setting or what.  Can anyone help?

Can you send screenshots of the behavior you are seeing.
