Hi,
My hub station is not working anymore. The led is blinking orange. However when I clic on restart on my app, the device turn blue again for a short period of time. I even have notification on my app when I remove the USB device. So it's sending information. However I can't connect to the hub to check video or connect to the camera. And of course we can't contact the support if we don't pay 😞

Blinking amber may be a loss of connection to the servers or that a camera connection is marginal. Since you seem to have control of the hub by restarting, etc., I'd check for a camera that has a marginal signal. Swap cameras around if needed to determine if it's the camera or location.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The camera's battery was dead and I didn't receive a notification.
