Hub is offline but light is blue

Base light is solid blue but status says hub is offline.  Camera's are all charged to full capacity.  Have unplugged power cord and ethernet cord and rebooted hub.  Blue light comes back to solid blue. Have full connection on router...all lights green...what else do I try?

Have you force closed the app as well as tried the web client to see if there's a difference?
