I have Pro 3 cameras on a 4540 hub, storage access is "ready". I have direct storage and record locally enabled, restarted everything to reset. I go to my libarary and it shows NOTHING. What gives? How do i access my storage and is it even recording? Im on the same network using my app...

When in the library, have you changed the selection at the top from the cloud to your hub? Have you safely ejected the drive to view on a computer for verification?

You need a CVR subscription to get continuous recording.

Do you see "Library" on the main app page? Or do you see "Feed"?

I was unaware i needed a subscription to record 24/7, that is certainly not appreciated.
I see the "Library" and it says "no recordings" while displaying the last week or so on the top of the screen...

Have you used the selection normally labeled as "Cloud" at the top of the library to whatever you've named your hub? That's how to view local recordings.

When you select "Library" in the app, the top of the library page should say "filter Cloud Select". Touching cloud should bring up a menu at the bottom of the page, where you can choose your smarthub.
You won't see this on a PC browser, only in the app.

I have been using my app every time,
as I do understand that. The cloud is not an option when I pull up the library, though.
