How does my husband accept addition to my security camera Arlo Pro 3 account?

It seems to have him setting up an entirely new account and stops working for him.  It shouldn't be this hard to add him to my account!

He does need to set up a different account, and then you add him as a "friend".

He does need to set up a different account, and then you add him as a "friend".
