Granting access no devices found

I have granted access to my husband to access the cameras,  he has created the account and accepted the invite. Our main account still shows pending and on his phone it shows no devices found.  please help.

Did he do this in the app?

Generally it works better if you click on the invite link on a PC.

Thank you for the help.  Yes, I found that when he accepted the access on the PC it worked. On the app, it did not work.
