Hi!
My Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight connects with the Hub but not internet. I can see the installed camera in the app but with the error message (no internet). Just bought it. Have tried to reinstall it twice including a factory reset. What’s wrong? I have earlier three Ultra 2 working without problem via the Hub.

- disable 5 ghz wifi in your router if you can.
- try to onboard from a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com). Ideally connect the PC to the network with ethernet.
- If you are using punctuation in the network name or password, you might try removing it.
