Fixed having to frequently remove reinsert battery

Took a few chats with Arlo Support agents but my Arlo pro 3 floodlight is now working well consistently whereas before I frequently had to remove reinsert battery to get camera to detect motion and record but image sometimes fuzzy. Primary resolution was make ng sure camera was connected to 2.4 Ghz bandwidth bon my network as well as the device (e.g., cell phone) that I used to connect to camera had to be using same 2.4 Ghz bandwidth. I thought I could use 5 Ghz bandwidth but no can do. Had to completely reset device and reconnect to 2.4 Ghz. Had to recycle network. If device connecting to camera has security software using VPN that may prevent connecting to camera.
