If I don’t subscribe to the plan does my updates are blocked? My base station and Camaras are not updated since my subscription expired. None of the options mentioned in the How to or community pages are available in my app login or website login.

Updates wouldn't be blocked. Are you using local recordings? If no, that would seem to the only possible reason. Have you checked the Firmware Release Notes section here to determine if you're actually missing updates?
