Fiber optic 5ghz only

Just dropped Comcast for fiber optic line. Router only offers 5ghz, can't seem to set my camera to 5ghz. What's my solution to connect my camera?

You can get a base station or smart hub or or get a router with 2.4ghz SSID. The only camera that works with 5ghz is the pro 5.

"The only camera that works with 5ghz is the pro 5" - a brief look at the online setup instructions appears to say it must be setup in 2.4 and then can be switched to 5.0  ----  is this true or can the pro 5 be set up and continue to work in 5.0?
