Disarmed still recording and sending notices

I disarm all devices but it continues to send me notices through the Arlo app and records. How do I make it only send notices/record when I arm my devices?

Do you have Smoke/CO detection enabled for any of the cameras? Some users have described similar behavior with this feature enabled.
