Along with sensitivity resetting to 0 at random times, I'm now noticing that device previews are not updating. Currently my devices show last recorded activity on the Device screen at 2-3 days ago. However in the library I have activity from less than a day ago.

 

And yes, I've reinstalled this terrible app many times. Arlo, your support has not been helpful, it has been almost a year now with multiple bugs and no fixes.

I would start by removing all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh to remove any weirdnesses that may have crept in. Be sure to note all settings, modes, rules, schedule, etc. to speed the rebuild.

Readding the cameras worked the first time there was motion, then it stopped updating previews like before after that.

Same issue. Any solutions recommended other than removing and adding cameras?
