Deleted camera by accident now it won't record

My mother deleted her back camera by accident.  We added it back but now it won't record in the library.   Also it will not let me add it to my plan.

The camera will not record to the library unless it is under a plan.

To add the camera to your plan are you using the mobile app? Try using the arlo web portal with a pc browser.
