Delay across the board

There is at least a 30 second delay from the time there is motion until i get notified. My wifi connection shows full the app bandwidth test shows strong (all the way yo the right) and i am on the same wifi with my iphone. Even if i am outside testing the audio (mic and speaker) its a major delay. My daughter can pull into the driveway get out of her car and walk into the house before i get the notification. The amazon delivery drivers can pull up drop off the package and get back to the truck before i get notified. Resetting didnt help. I am on the latest firmware. Wifi signal to the arlo is full. My iphone is on the same wifi. What else can i do??

Maybe try rebooting your router, and see if that helps.

Rebooting my router had no effect. I have done that a couple times

What is your ISP upload speed? Are you using Smart notifications? Have you tried turning them off? How fast is the connection when live viewing?
