Charging fault arlo pro 3 solution

I kept getting the charging fault error with camera connected to both the outdoor charging cable and solar. If I disconnected the cable , tha camera worked fine. I found a simple solution. Unplug the charger from outlet. Take a blue household sponge. Wet and lightly clean the contacts on the camera and the cable end that connects to the camera. Dry with a paper towel. Problem solved and no further problems..It seem some small particles of green corrosion adheres to the contacts and causes the charging fault. As a precaution, I wrapped a small piece of electrical tape around the connection of the camera. Working perfectly now.
