I had an issue with my Arlo Pro 3 base station, received a phone call from Ram who was very helpful, but my issue was never concluded. May I get an indication of the status of case 41402848?

May I get resolution on case #41402848 , I provided the required address and never heard back from Arlo. It’s a shame that I still have not been able to use my cameras.
