Android user. Can't subscribe. I click plan and enter payment info then there is no button to confirm, only a shaded change payment button. New plan

Wasn't able to get subscribed through the app. Went into all terms of service menus, clicked OK. Was still not given anything to confirm payment. I was able to confirm on web client

Have you tried it on the web portal at my.arlo.com on a PC? Also, a sub is not available in all countries.

As I recall from a while ago, there was a checkbox that has to be clicked (agreeing to terms?) that I was missing to be able to complete the process. Look for something like that on both the app (may need to scroll) or web client.

If you're having an issue finding the 'agree to terms and conditions' button, try using Microsoft Edge.  I was using Chrome and it didn't work but Edge, from a PC not a phone, solved the problem.

Yea using the web portal in a pc browser does work better in several situations.  Even Edge is better then Chrome  for some issues as @arlouser1023  said. Good that it worked out.
