Hello,  Model Pro 4 XL, Arlo Smart

I want to cancel my subscription and a refund of my subscription. The charge of $299 on 4/1/2024 was not authorized by me. I did know anything about this. No statement, no invoice and no warning provided to me.

I was surprised by the charge while reviewing my statement. I have been trying to contact Arlo by phone numberers listed on manuals provided with the products.

These phones don't work and does not connect to a customer service, it does not take message.

I even called the phone listed along whit the charge on my credit statements.

I even tried calling many times at different times.

Does your account show any cameras in the subscription plan?

 

If it does, then access phone support using the support center.

I'm tagging the mods ( @ShayneS , @BrookeN , @JamesC ) to call their attention to your issue.  They can also create a support ticket on your behalf.

 

Don't keep searching for phone numbers, it almost always leads to scammers.
