Can you set local storage as default when viewing library?

When I view my library, the cloud comes up as default even if there is no subscription.  Can the default be changed from cloud to local when viewing recordings?

This isn't an adjustable feature within the Arlo interface, but it is a good idea. I encourage you to post this request in the Arlo Idea Exchange.
