That's a 4th generation processor.  HEVC video support requires a newer processor.

The Pro 3 and the Pro 5s should be streaming 1080p AVC when you are livestreaming, so both should play.  But recordings from both will be 2K HEVC.  It's possible that Edge will play HEVC video without hardware acceleration if you've installed the Microsoft HEVC extension for windows - not sure, it's been a while since I tried that.

Are you logging into Arlo with the same credentials or did you use a shared account?

Usually this is because the PC browser can't decode the HEVC video that the system records.

Can you let us know what processor is in the PC?  Right-clicking on "This PC" should give you this information.

Also,

  • what browser are you using?
  • is hardware acceleration enabled in the browser?

The Browser is Microsoft edge, the graphics accelerator is on, and the processor is Intel Pentium CPU G3240 @ 3.10Ghz.   It's old but everything worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.   I can view the feeds from the Pro 5 camera but not my Pro 3 camera.
