Can't see videos

I do not currently have a subscription plan and I am recording local on a USB drive and also have direct storage access. My cell phone and Arlo hub are connected to the same Wi-Fi. But I am still not able to see the last seven days in the library.

Have you ejected the drive and viewed it on a computer to verify recordings were actually made? If they're there, you can try rebooting your hub as well as reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Also, make sure a VPN is not in use.

Same problem here, also I saw that in settings, "about" under "Released", it shows the last date that I could see my library recordings in my app. I have not reinstalled my Arlo secure app, will it save all my info if I do delete it on my iphone and then reinstall?

The app is just a window into the system and doesn't hold account setup info. Reinstalling the app has no effect on your system.

I figured that out...I reinstalled the app and wah-lah....everything is back and working.
