Can't login to support site

I have two Arlo Pro 3 cameras that keep showing a pink image, which i can fix temporarily by using a magnet and/or removing the battery, but the fault always reappears by the next day.  I am trying to contact support through the Arlo app via the Settings -> Support option, but it takes me to the support web site where I enter my account credentials and it fails to login. I've reset my password, can login to the app with the same credentials, but I cant login to the support site no matter what I try. Please help!

FWIW, this sounds like a hardware problem (stuck IR filter) - in which case support won't be able to help anyway.  Though they could offer a discount for a new camera.

 

You could try a hardware reset of one of the cameras, and see if that makes any difference.  Use the second method here (using the sync button inside the housing):

Have you tried the phone support option there?

Still cant login to the support site even though I have a secure subscription and no way to call Arlo 😕. Tried resetting my password multiple times but no luck. I need support even more now because I get an error when I try to add a camera.
