Can't log in from my android app

Haven't seen this one. Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.

I have cleared the cache, reinstalled app, and rebooted my phone. Still does not recognize my phone. It also says authentication request timed-out because push notification doesn't work because it does not recognize this device.

Have you tried saying to NOT trust the device so you can log in? If that works, try editing your profile settings for login to remove old devices.
