Camera connects fine to the app, the app finds the camera but fails to find any latest updates after checking but I continue anyway and it adds the camera but always says it’s offline and under connection says ‘disconnected’. I have followed every trouble shooting step and everything is fine, wifi, distance, interference etc etc. also the battery on both cameras are shown as being almost empty but won’t change status after hours of charging.

How are you charging?
With the floodlight you can either
- use the outdoor charger (connecting to the magnetic connector)
- use the indoor charger (connecting to the microUSB port inside the camera).
Charging with an indoor charger+magnetic cable won't work.
