Cameras not recording

Hello, As of April 26, none of my cameras have been recording. I have three locations and 16 cameras. I assumed an update had been released that broke something and would be fixed, but it's been three weeks of no recording.  I have reset the base stations and pulled the batteries from the cameras to reset them. No help. Anyone else having this issue?

I don't have multiple locations but check your subscription status for each location.

Good idea, but all three locations have active plans.

Maybe confirm that at least one camera in each location can make a manual recording while you are livestreaming the camera.

Yes, I can make manual recordings.

Great, that confirms that the subscription is not the problem.

 

Try the hardware reset with one camera:

  1. remove it from the account
  2. remove the camera from the housing
  3. press sync until the camera LED flashes amber - about 15 seconds
  4. add the camera back to the account.

See if that restores normal operation.
