Cameras not recording and no cloud

- So our arlo pro 3 cameras recently stopped recording the only way they record is when I reboot the base station by unplugging it and restarting it but it only records for about 4 hours and shuts off again all cameras are armed and on a current subscription plan not sure what else to do?

You can try removing the base station from the account and then import again. You will need to redo your setup again.

Can you live stream the cameras when they stop recording?

No we cannot live stream either

When the problem occurs, does it always affect all the cameras? Or does it sometimes just affect some?
Also, what status are you seeing on the base when the problem happens?

All of them go offline no cloud option the base actually keeps a solid blue light and we can’t live stream either
