Camera allows live feed but not recording

My pro 3 camera allows me to access the video live and send motion alerts. But nothing records. My others work fine. I have tried deleting it and adding it back. Also have checked all of the settings. The company will not support me through phone or chat because I do not pay for their storage.

Has the camera trial subscription ended?

 

You will not get any cloud recordings without a paid subscription when the trial expires.
