Hi. I have several essential spotlight wifi cameras - VMC2030A. One has gone rogue and the app says it is offline with 1% battery. But it is charged and if I try to add it as a new camera it will chime at the QR code but then not be found. Any ideas, please?

Did you remove the camera from your account before trying to re-add it? Use this FAQ's process to remove and reset the camera.
