CVR without motion detection recording

How do I utilize my CVR without motion detection recording? I have my arlo 3 set up with CVR in my front room but I cannot get it to stop recording clips every time motion is detected, which is like every minute. I have over 1,000 clips per day in my library which is not necessary since I have CVR.  I can set it up so that I do not get the push notifications however it records a clip every minute. Can I turn the motion detection off completely?

In the mode-rules for the camera  select "Do Nothing" instead of "Record Video". That will stop motion recordings.
