CVR timeline playback stuck on “Connecting....”

Heya,

 

Ive just added CVR to two of my cameras as I seem to be missing some recordings in the library.  

 

CVR recorded nicely and I was able to play the result on the timeline once, but rewinding to the same spot now immediately stops, and when you click play it sticks on “Connecting...”. 

 

The timeline at the bottom shows video available but the main screen is black until I move earlier or later.  It’s as if the recording has become corrupted in the cloud.

 

Obviously not a bandwidth problem on upload as it was there and played once fine, and shows on the timeline itself.  Tried to play on two devices with same result.

 

Any ideas?

Which devices are behaving this way? Have you tried using the web client on a PC? Is the behavior the same?

It’s the pro3 wire free that I tagged in the message.  The web interface doesn’t work on tablet, so while I tried it I couldn’t rewind at all.
