Just today subscribed for the CVR plan, and the camera connected to the AC power adapter. But still, CVR is disabled and getting error saying not connected to AC. Please find the screenshot which shows AC is connected. Any advice how to resolve this issue.
Thanks,

Since the battery icon shows the lightning bolt it's connected to AC power. However, I would remove power and the battery and then reinstall them to reset the camera to a known state to see if that helps.

Thanks for the reply. After discussing to support I found the issue. The CVR is not working with a trial subscription. I have another camera with a premium subscription where the CVR is worked. So I swapped the camera. Arlo has to fix this bug.
