When i play a video i only get black screen and and sound. i reset everything i erased the app reinstalled it but still black screen?? Its worthless without video regards

Have you tried downloading the video, and then playing it? Does that give a different result?

All of my Device screens are black. This has happened before and resolved on it's own, but it happens more often now.

No it's still the same. Only black screen playing a video and now also when i try live streaming.
