I get a Black band on top of my camera feed when using night vision. Any idea how to solve?

Is there anything that could be blocking the spotlight? Is it fine during the day? A screenshot of the view of both day and night would be useful.

This is night vision. Nothing external is blocking the camera. If I open the garage and let the light in, the camera will provide a color image with no black band.

If you invert the camera, does the band flip also?
If you turn on low-light color, does the band disappear?
Nightvision uses IR LEDs on the camera face. You might also make sure the full camera face is clean (and not blocked).
