Battery Fault - need update

Afternoon,
Hopefully I will get some answers here as not getting much luck elsewhere.
I have an open case - 42334512 - re a faulty battery that won’t hold charge.
I am trying to get an update on my case but Arlo have ceased all contact over a month ago. They promised a replacement battery on 10/3 which has failed to arrive. I have sent numerous messages via my case and emails also no response spent over 20 mins on hold on online chat just constantly says persons in front. Likewise when I call the uk support number just get stuck on hold for 30mins and then it cuts out.
I will take any ideas of how to get someone at Arlo to answer. As at the moment this is shocking customer service
