I have spoken with support multiple times and they are no help. In fact they act like they have no idea what I’m talking about.
My Arlo Pro 3 floodlight security camera has continually had issues with activity zones. When you live on a busy street this is an issue. All day every day I get notifications for cars going by. This makes my camera almost useless because I no longer look at notifications.
So then as an attempted work around I turn off all car notifications. Which shouldn’t be the solution because I want to know when cars come onto my property but TOO BAD says Arlo tech support. So I turn off all automobile notifications.
This week after charging my Arlo and plugging it back in, every car is now classified as “motion” and I’m getting a notification for that over and over and over again.
Don’t waste your money buying Arlo products, it’ll waste your time and test your sanity, too. And they are no help at all. I wish I had never spent the $200+.
