Arlo pro 3 not recording to cloud accessible from library

My arlo pro 3 cameras are not recording to library to access them from cloud. As i know Arlo have always 7 days free access cloud. Hardware of smart Hub is (vmb4540r2)

It sounds like you don't have a subscription for the cameras. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription - there is no free 7 day plan. When you installed the cameras you should have gotten a free 3 month subscription. After that expires, only local recording is supported without a sub.

This is disappointing.
Because i already have arlo pro2 and What i liked about Arlo that they have these 7 days free view on library, and that they are not materialistic like other companies they push us to keep on paying money for subscriptions.
But now all the same. Hopefully you will work on it and return as it was.
