Bought a new Arlo pro 3. Noticed the new cameras were not charging. Plugged the proprietary cable into another plug and also tried a new outlet.
Wake up really early to call Arlo (customer support in US, I am in Australia). They promise me a replacement charger in 3-5 working days as they agree problem is with cable.
Then Arlo email me to call them. Wake up early again but can’t get through. Request a call back nothing.
Email them but told to call.
Finally get through. Apparently the need a serial number to send the charger. Why couldn’t they just ask via email.
Not great customer service, but the main point of the post is to highlight to forum readers it’s possible cable can be faulty without looking like it’s damaged.
