Arlo pro 3 below zero

Does anyone know why arlo pro 3 cameras only work down to zero degrees. Criminals don't stop stealing when it goes below zero.

Actually, that is not the case. The minimum operating temperature for the Pro 3 is -4F (-20 C).

The battery can't be charged if the temp is below freezing.  But the camera will run.
