I have just purchased a 6 camera pro 3 system and have had a week of getting status from the app. It is January 2021 and I have seen multiple similar threads about this sort of problem and I am wondering if it is still going on for others? I have a Pixel 3 with Android. My tablet and laptop and Smart things all view the cameras with no problem. However the app doesn't view a thing except " getting status"
Any suggestions??

First step is to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Does it work now?

I have tried that 3 time so far and it changes nothing 😞 Arlo support said to force stop the app, clear the cache and storage and reboot the phone. This worked for a few hours and then went back to "getting status" is this a known problem with the app?? If so I plan to just return the product.
