Arlo notifying but not recording!

My Arlo has been working fine but all of a sudden it said this

“AC Power has been disconnected from your Arlo device...”

So after reading I disabled the activity zone and it fixed that problem.

But now I will get notifications but the videos won’t save to my phone. The image I uploaded is what I see in the library.

I reset the Arlo, and my modem still the same problem. Do I need to pay for a subscription? Thought I read the free version saves videos for 7 days.

Not all cameras include the 7-day cloud recording - only the older models. 

 

It sounds like you might have a Pro-3, Ultra, or Video Doorbell (all need subscriptions for cloud recording).

Ok thanks! Makes sense got it around Christmas time, so right now is the time the 90 day trial would expire
