Arlo - no way to charge batteries outside the camera housing

Why does a starter kit with base station and 2 cameras not come with a device/wire to recharge batteries OUTSIDE of the housing. My housings are mounted high on the outside of my house and the big deal with Arlo is that you can remove the camera and battery from the housing without changing its angle/setup for recharge. But the only recharging cable included with the kit connects only to the housing. Where is a device/wire to recharge the battery inside, apart from the housing? That should be a default inclusions  with the kit. 

I know they sell extra batteries and dual charging station, but I don’t need that. I should not have to buy extra gear just to recharge the batteries inside.

Have you checked out the accessories for the camera, including the solar panel? The supplied charging equipment is just to get you started, similar to how all of the cameras are supplied (they come with indoor chargers, not outdoor).
