I see it on other sites, but incase you guys didn't know, your server or something is down! I lost 9 of 12 cameras. Others are having the same issue according to the other sites.

With the app update I'm not seeing where I can update notification on each camera, looks like it is either on all cameras or no cameras is that correct?

Never happened before, but about 30 minutes ago, all my Arlo equipment went offline with the exception of one cellular camera. Two base stations and 8 cameras are offline. My network is up and all other devices are online including many cameras of different manufacturers. Is the Arlo (Netgear) system down?
Both mobile app and web show same results.
Ideas?

Arlo strikes again.
Must have decided to do system maintenance a day early this week.
Mash up of different issues here - Android app occasionally some cameras will work, then go offline, come back online, all the camera thumbnails are black won't refresh.
Web portal will "briefly" show ALL my cameras online then after a moment shows them all offline.
Gotta love Arlo.
If you've just purchased your cameras, return them for a refund before time runs out, otherwise you'll get locked into an experience of constant issues and the worst reliability ever...

As of about an hour ago, I noticed I no longer had access to view my Arlo Pro 2 cameras anymore either. Power cycling does not work. I am using the VMB4540 hub with local storage. It was recording events and transferring them over to my library but even that has stopped now. I have tried this on my phone, iPad as well as the web portal. Also, since I am not paying for a subscription I do not have a way to get to customer support or to the devs. Can someone with access to a Arlo subscription put in a support ticket? Are there support mods who monitor the forum?

I have some trouble whit base station. This problem happens after losing power and then internett. After rebooting, the cameras was detecting motion but nothing appears in the app.
I tried to reset the base station with no luck. Then I tried to remove all cameras and base station then reset. When I’m trying to add a new device( base station) I could add the base station but it would not update to the latest firmware and the app still saying that the base station is offline.
what to do, have I missed something or should I tried to do anything different?
right now it seems like nothing is working here. Base station has a solid blue led. I’m have the latest app version.

All five of my cameras show up as appearing to be offline, on my computer, my Android, and my wife's !Phone. However, when I replaced the battery in one of the cameras, it successfully synced with the base station, which is clearly connected to the internet with solid green lights along the bottom. In addition, I just received a video in my library showing motion, although the cameras still appear to be offline.
This is very frustrating, and trying chat with Arlo direct doesn't work, nor does submitting the questions to them directly. And of course, trying to speak with a human being is impossible. I'm done whining...
Thanks in advance for some feedback.

Back peddled to earlier APK for Android app - I'm ok now. My camera thumbnails are also back again no longer black show last activity. All cameras work none wig out and say offline. Updated Arlo app this morning knew it would be a bad move - I was right.

Nope. Attempted chat but that route was useless. By the responses it would appear it's definitely an issue.

Thanks, it appears to be working off and on now. More on. There's just a lag, and sometimes does the same thing happens again, but when it does, at least it comes back up again within 5 to 10 seconds.

I've always found it rather pathetic that we, as Arlo customers, have been reduced to being "satisfied" when our camera systems only "kind of" work.

I have 2 Arlo Pro 2 cameras with base. I have had these cameras and been using them for 7 years. Today, 03/12/2025, everything changed. The app is completely changed and my cameras can’t stay connected. Message says check internet connection but internet connection is not the issue. If I disconnect the base and restart it works for a little while. Also I have never paid for a plan. Now my account says I have 31 days left in the “trial plan.” I don’t understand this. Is this just Arlo trying to force me into a subscription? Anyone else having these issues since Arlo changed the app around?

@Tnardone can you try logging out of the account and logging back in? And then checking to see if the camera's then appear online.
