Arlo device appears offline

When accessing my Dashboard on Windows 10 - it shows one of my cameras offline.  When I exit from the web and pull my Dashboard up on my phone, my device is online.  What's more, I am receiving notifications from the camera, even though the Wndows Dashboard says it is offline.

The arlo web portal has been broken for sometime and arlo are trying to fix it. just use the mobile app

If you open an incognito ("private") brower window in the PC, and navigate to my.arlo.com, does that clear up the incorrect status?

YES - that fixed the problem.   Did not think that would work, but it did.  So, I cleared my data and history and that too fixed the problem.  THANKS
