Hi

One of my Arlo cam doesn’t turn on the siren when it detects motion, but the setting is the same on all my cams. I’ve tested  the speaker and it works.

 

anyone got an idea

Can you manually turn it on? If so, remove and reinstall the camera to clear out any weirdness.
