My VBM4540 Alor pro 3 smarthub won’t be detected by arlo app on my iPhone 12 Pro ios 14.2.1.
any suggestions?

New install? Are you on your home WiFi and not cell service? Is the hub plugged into the router with an Ethernet cable and you have a blue LED? Are you using a VPN? Have you held the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED flashes amber, let it reboot and tried again?
