Every time I view my Pro3 library videos from my 2nd home on my ipad9, version 15.3, I lose my internet connection. Before it drops while viewing videos, the time slide works only in portrait mode.
It all worked fine until I downloaded the latest Arlo app update. I reset everything multiple times and even replaced the router. Wi-Fi is through Frontier (500mbps) using an Arris router with separate modem. I deleted and reloaded the app 4 times. My iphone6 version 15.1.2, without latest app update works as advertised so I assume it’s the update. Any ideas or fix? Can I delete the app and download the previous version and Pro3 still work? I’m drained of options and so is Arlo’s support team.

rstoney1,
I've not seen this issue reported from any other users. Are you seeing this behavior on any other devices with the latest app update?

Yes, my wife's ipad6, ios version 15.0.1. My iphon6, verson 15.0.2 works fine.
It seems to be only with ipads. I can't believe I'm the only one with this issue.
